Our Approach

FAL apply our design and management skills to projects from small rooms, whole houses or working environments to residential developments, carefully creating considered designs that respond to the demands of the brief and improve the relationship between space, light and the human scale.

At the forefront of the design process is the consideration of the end user. This is developed through listening and understanding the aspirations of the client and how they wish to use the space. Additionally it may be reviewing how they use an existing space or group of spaces and providing clever ideas and solutions on how that space could be used more efficiently, opened up or extended to enhance the building, space and end users way of living or working.

We install a fabric first approach to the design of all our buildings and how the building is orientated and located to take advantage of the sites natural elements. Each building is designed to its own specification in accordance with the clients aspirations and budget.
